But it did. And the more I ignored it, the more disconnected I felt.So I started exploring: Why does my energy and the way I feel shift so much?
I looked into natural cycles, the moon, my hormonal rhythm, and even the Chinese body clock. Each piece gave insight — but they all lived on separate platforms.I wanted one place that brings it all together.
