Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@cyclesofnature.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as personalised or custom-made products.

Please contact us if you have questions about whether a specific item can be returned.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you would like is to return the item you have. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you also have the statutory right to cancel or withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

This statutory right exists independently of our voluntary 30-day return policy. Nothing in this return policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
